Customer Service Representative

*Job title: *Customer Service Representative *Reporting to: *Office Manager *Salary:* $12-$15 per hour depending upon experience.
48 hours personal time, 40 hours paid vacation after 1 year, $125/monthly insurance stipend, SIMPLE retirement plan with matching.
Hours: Full Time (32 – 40 hours) *Location:*914 West Main, Russellville, AR 72801 This position will provide customer service to store customers, band directors and online customers.
The position will also sell band instruments and accessories.
The main responsibilities will be to greet customers, answer the phone, stock inventory and complete order forms, sell instruments and other office duties.
The ideal candidate must have good communication skills including conflict resolution and a friendly manner.
The candidate must also have good organizational skills and attention to detail with a team orientated approach.
*Qualifications: *HS diploma a must.
Associate or Bachelor degree a plus *Work experience and skills:* Store front and reception experience necessary Sales experience desired Musical back ground a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12.
