Teacher Assistant

Responsibilities: - Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities - Provide support and guidance to students in the classroom - Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment - Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies - Supervise students at all times - Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student progress and provide feedback - Assist with maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment Experience: - Previous experience working with children in a daycare, classroom, or nanny setting is preferred but not required - Some knowledge of childhood development and age-appropriate activities - Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
