PK Teacher

Duties: - Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lessons - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children - Foster a positive and inclusive classroom community - Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop curriculum and programs - Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance - Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and any concerns - Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (required) - Valid teaching certification or license (required) - Experience working with children in a daycare, school, or tutoring setting (preferred) - Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in education - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment - Proficiency in subject areas such as physical education or math (depending on specific teaching assignment) - Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
