Special Education Teacher

Description: We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team.
The ideal candidate will work with students in upper elementary and Junior High grades.
The Special Education Teacher will be responsible for coordinating with general education teachers to provide push-in and pull-out services for students with diverse learning needs.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students.
Provide specialized instruction to meet the unique needs of each student.
Collaborate with general education teachers to support inclusive classroom environments.
Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Qualifications: Current AR teaching license with special education certificationExperience working with upper elementary and Junior High students.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
