*Description:*
You will be a part of a team that will focus on maintaining an assigned customer.
This position focuses on ensuring our chemical feed equipment is properly working and our products are transferred in a safe manner.
Safety and communication are the highest priorities in this job.
It’s important to discuss all daily, or weekly, tasks with you engineer/sales team.
* Specs out, sets up, maintains, and troubleshoots monitoring and feed equipment.
* Manages product inventory at the customer site, transfers product when needed, & responsible for uploading new order requests.
* Adjusts chemical feed levels to meet optimal chemical performance based on routine testing and monitoring.
* Alerts the sales manager of potential problems or opportunities and creates customer interface to resolve issues.
*Qualifications:*
* High School Diploma or GED
* Position requires flexibility in schedule including after hours calls from the customer that require after hours service visits.
Position is primarily M-F day shift, but also includes weekend OT hours that is rotated between the technicians.
* Minimum 5 years experience working on mechanical and electrical systems in an industrial environment.
Chemical handling experience desired, but not required.
* Must live within 1 hour of customer
