We are a small, family owned business focused on tenant relations.
Property manager would be responsible for continuing to cultivate those relationships while overseeing the operations of a mixed-use building: commercial, retail, and luxury apartment rentals.
This will allow the right person to learn and grow their management skills and creates opportunities for future advancement.
This is not your average property, and this is not your average position.

*Responsibilities include:*
· Maintains property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, entering into and administering leases, and maintaining and securing premises.
· Conduct market studies by surveying local rental and occupancy rates.
· Attracts tenants through creative marketing of vacancies, obtaining referrals from current tenants, explaining advantages of location and services, and showing the property.
· Contracts with tenants by administering leases and collecting security deposit.
· Accomplishes financial objectives by collecting rents, approving bills for payment, forecasting requirements, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective action.
· Manages maintenance and cleaning staff.
Leads the team to maintain the property by investigating and fulfilling tenant requests, facilitating rules of occupancy and inspecting vacant units.
Maintains building systems by procuring maintenance services and supervising repairs.
· Prepares requested reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
· Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
*We will train an individual willing to learn to be able to accomplish these responsibilities.
You would not be expected to start with all skills to complete these responsiblities.

*Compensation:*
Starting at $36,400 annual salary in addition to a luxury apartment along with all utilities including broadband internet paid ($16,500 annual rental value).
