SWM 58, Disabled Veteran (Mabelvale, AR.)

Looking for nice room in a nice neighborhood.
Prefer the West Mabelvale, Alexander, Bryant, area, but will consider other places in the metro.
I have no pets, no house guest, create no drama.
I'm just me, I take care of myself, drive, etc.
Also clean up behind myself as I'm military.
I get along with almost anyone.
Kind of quiet and to myself.
Respect others property, good credit score, no criminal background.
