* Employee demonstrates good communication and teaching skills and can interact with contractors, management, and fellow workers.
* Employee has demonstrated competence in the core skills and the essential duties of three maintenance crafts: Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics.
*Essential Duties:*
* Support Maintenance activities in absence of supervision.
* Assist in employee training and complete assigned training.
* Assist in Inventory, spare part specifications, and tracking of used parts
* Assist with routine preventative maintenance planning and complete PM task as assigned
* Ability to assist with major maintenance and capital projects planning, design & implementation
* Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic (PLC) problems and make the needed repairs.
* Fabrication & installation of systems
*ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS*
* Maintain housekeeping.
* Follow all safety policies.
* Follow all applicable SOPs and checklists.
* Follow all directives given by a supervisor.
* Demonstrate the ability to diagnose and solve maintenance craft problems.
* Coordinate work activities with fellow employees.
* Work overtime as required.
* Employees will comply with ALL environmental laws, regulations related to air, water, and waste.
* Employees will manage waste, participate in recycling activities, storm water pollution prevention and spill prevention
